While you are with us, you are expected to comply with the following*:

  • Respect each other as well as our employees; verbal abuse of other guests or our employees will not be tolerated.
  • Following updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), fully vaccinated guests can now visit Silver Dollar City and White Water without wearing a mask or physically distancing. Additionally, consistent with state guidelines, guests aged 12 and under may also visit without wearing a mask or physically distancing.
  • Refrain from fighting, horseplay, taunting or threatening remarks & gestures.
  • Do not create disruption with behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal.
  • Weapons are not allowed on the premises, including knives with blades longer than 3 1/2 inches.
  • Follow instructions from employees regarding operations and procedures.

Any Guest who fails to comply with the Terms of Sale, including without limitation those listed above, may at the discretion of Silver Dollar City have their Ticket revoked or confiscated by Silver Dollar City here with no refund of any amount paid therefor. Upon such revocation or confiscation, the applicable Guest and all members of their party shall have no right to remain in, on, or about the Property. Silver Dollar City reserves the right to ban such individuals from future admission to all or any of its Properties or from participation in any Herschend Family Entertainment Activities.

Your purchase of a Ticket and entering the premises constitutes your agreement to and acceptance of the Terms of Sale.


There are plenty of free parking spaces available at Silver Dollar City. At most parking locations, a tram or bus will pick you up and take you to the admission gate. Parking for guests with disabilities is available to those with a permanent or temporary disabled parking tag, located close to the main admission gates, and next to the conveyance pick-up in parking lots 2, 4 and 5.

Preferred & Premier parking for automobiles and motorcycles is also located close to the main gates of the park, and is available for a small fee. Reservations can be made by using this link.

Precipitation, temperature and lightning can impact the operation of Silver Dollar City’s rides & attractions. Please see our Weather Guidelines for more information.

If you experience 90 minutes of continuous rain or weather interruption that restricts rides, attractions and your fun at Silver Dollar City, causing your visit to be shortened, please stop by any ticket booth before you leave to receive a complimentary return ticket valid for any operating day during the rest of this season. Season pass holders, we will trade your Bring-A-Friend ticket for another visit. All guests must be present to receive the return visit voucher.

Submit Lost Item Report

Attendance depends on many factors including weather, school schedules, area events and more. Weekends and holidays are often times of higher attendance. Saturdays in November & December can be very busy, particularly if the weather is mild. Please know that we do our best to prepare for these times to ensure a fun and convenient visit regardless of attendance levels.

Yes. You are welcome to bring snacks, beverages and even small coolers with you into Silver Dollar City. We just ask that you exclude any glass containers or alcoholic beverages.

Rides & attractions are just part of what the Silver Dollar City experience has to offer. Once inside the gate, your ticket offers access to festivals, shows, concerts, exhibits, craft demonstrations, Marvel Cave and much more. At this time we do not have a separate admission for non-riders.

Silver Dollar City does not host a 4th of July fireworks display. There are many other fireworks displays in the immediate Branson area during the Independence Day holiday including at Chateau on the Lake, Big Cedar Lodge and The Branson Landing as well as in surrounding cities like Hollister and Kimberling City.

Yes. Just be sure to retain your ticket for re-entry.

To ensure smooth entry, guests should receive a ticket with a QR code generated from HFE Access (Silver Dollar City’s Ticket Portal). Bring this ticket and proceed to turnstile for entrance. 

Guests can use the same ticket if the new date is within 5 days. If the new visit date is outside of 5 days, please cancel old tickets through our Group Fulfillment team at fitsales@silverdollarcity.com or (417) 336-7170.

As of the 2012 season, refillable souvenir mugs are valid for discounted refills only during the season in which they are purchased. We do still honor mugs purchased prior to the policy change (2011 or before).

Family-Friendly Amenities

The staff at any of the Silver Dollar City restaurants would be happy to fill a bottle with warm water for you free of charge (this does not include concession stands). Although running water and microwaves are not available in the Nursing Stations, they are still recommended as private feeding and diapering facilities.

Strollers are available to rent at the park on a first-come basis for a small fee.

Stroller reservations are not required. However, if you would like to make a reservation, you may do so online or by calling 800-475-9370 at least 24 hours in advance of your visit (reservations cannot be made day of visit). Payment is required at time of reservation. Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance for a refund.

Single: $20.00 (per day)
Double: $25.00 (per day)

A $1.00 convenience fee applies to reservations made online.

Mother's Nursing Stations offer a quiet area to care for your child's basic needs. Silver Dollar City provides 4 Nursing Stations throughout the park. They are located by the restrooms at PowderKeg, Fireman's Landing, Red Gold Heritage Hall and The Giant Barn Swing.

If you get separated from your child while visiting the park, alert any employee immediately. Our Safety & Security department will reunite you as quickly as possible. We encourage you to have your kids memorize your cell phone number, or visit the Official Measuring Station to receive a wristband that includes an area to write your cell phone number, for ease of contacting you.

Keep your belongings safe and move them with you throughout the park all day. Lockers are only $12 per day to access locations throughout the park.

Lockers are available for rent near the Ticket Booths, Hospitality House Restrooms, Hannah's Ice Cream Parlor, American Plunge Bridge, Mystic River Falls, Riverfront Playhouse and Thunderation. Lockers measure 11” high X 10 ½” wide X 20” deep.

Only one location can be used at a time. Pin code will be given at time of initial purchase and will be used throughout the day. Locker must be completely emptied before moving on to the next location. The park is not responsible for items left unattended.

Please note: Family-sized lockers located behind the ticket booths are not included. These all-day family-sized lockers (16” high X 10 ½” wide X 20” deep) are $16 for unlimited entries to one locker per day.

Family assist or companion restroom facilities feature their own private entrance. They are available at Thunderation, Red Gold Heritage Hall, across from Crossroads Pizza and First Aid.

Diaper Changing Kits are available for sale at the following Silver Dollar City shops: Hospitality House and Ozark Marketplace.

Yes. Baby Changing Stations are located in every restroom on park (except in the Mine restaurant).

Baby Changing Stations are also available in the Mother's Nursing Stations located at the Hospitality House and Red Gold Heritage Hall. Diaper dispensers are available in restrooms located at the Hospitality House, Red Gold Heritage Hall, Riverfront Playhouse and at The Giant Barn Swing Mother's Nursing Station.

Season Passes

To change your credit card information for your payment plan, please call 417-336-7100.

We strongly advise you to avoid any Silver Dollar City Attractions tickets listed on Craigslist, eBay or other auction/garage sale sites. It is not possible to verify the validity of these tickets and the risk of purchasing fraudulent tickets is high.
In addition, we strictly prohibit the resale of our Guest Vouchers. Guest Vouchers must be accompanied by at least one Season Pass Holder from the corresponding order. Guest Vouchers that have been sold will be confiscated at the gate and the entire Season Pass order will blocked without replacement or reimbursement.

If your pass is activated in our system and you present photo ID, your season pass can be replaced for $10. (Children or young adults without photo ID must be accompanied by an adult to verify their identification.) If we are not able to verify your pass number, you will be asked to purchase a one-day ticket .Keep your receipt and upon verification of your pass, you will receive a refund.

Notify us IMMEDIATELY  if your season  pass is lost or stolen so that we can deactivate it. Stolen passes will be replaced free upon presentation of a police report..

We recommend placing guest vouchers somewhere for safekeeping. A $5.00 fee per order will be charged if guest vouchers are required to be replaced.

Safety & Accessibility

A Rides Guidebook can be picked up at Guest Relations or downloaded by clicking this link. To receive specific information, please visit our or call 800-225-0222 and ask to speak to a member of our Attractions department.

Advance reservations are recommended for ECVs, and must be made at least 24 hours in advance of visit. Reservations can be made online by clicking this link, or by calling 800-475-9370. Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance for a refund. For additional information, please visit our Ticket Add-Ons page.

Wheelchairs are available to rent at the park on a first-come basis for a fee.

The park terrain does have some hills. Many activities are at the bottom of the park so you may want to rent an electric cart. However, we do provide numerous benches and shaded areas throughout the park.

Yes. Should you require medical assistance, Silver Dollar City's First Aid is located behind Brown's Candy Factory. Medical personnel are on duty at all times during park operating hours. Ask any Silver Dollar City Citizen for assistance or directions.

Park Policies

No. At Silver Dollar City your gate admission ticket covers all rides and shows. All shows occur several times during the day and are available on a first-come, first-seated basis. A listing of show descriptions and times is available at the front gate entrance. Don't forget to stay after the park closes for our night show in the outdoor Echo Hollow® Amphitheater, weather permitting (see schedule for show dates and times).

Echo Hollow® Amphitheatre is presented by Arvest® Bank.

For the convenience of smokers and non-smokers, smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes or other products that produce vapor or smoke is not permitted in our City except in designated areas. This includes, but is not limited to, inside any building, ride lines, venue lines, and walkways. There are 5 Designated Smoking Areas located throughout the City as indicated on the map.

Only service animals are allowed on park. We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended in your vehicle while you are visiting. Guests must be 16 years of age or older to enter the park unaccompanied. Those under the age of 16 must enter with a supervising companion 16 years of age or older.

Silver Dollar City is a family-friendly environment and requires appropriate dress. While enjoying our rides and attractions, we request that all guests wear shirts and shorts/pants. We request that swimwear be limited to children 8 and under (shirt and shorts/pants required before boarding any ride); all others wearing swimwear are required to wear an appropriate cover-up at all times. Guests wearing clothing that may be offensive or inappropriate (including profanity or suggestive material) will be asked to change. Shirts & shoes must be worn at all times. The use of shoes with built-in skates or wheels is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone not properly attired, and appreciate your help in keeping our City a great place for families to visit.

Cameras are permitted on park and in our shows. However, cameras, cell phones and selfie-sticks are considered loose articles and are NOT PERMITTED on most of our rides and attractions.

We do not serve alcohol and do not allow it on our premises.

  • Weapons of any kind or objects that appear to be weapons including firearms, ammunition, fireworks, water grenades (metal or plastic) or knives larger than 3.5 inches
  • Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Alcoholic beverages of any type
  • Glass containers (excluding baby food jars)
  • Pepper spray/mace
  • Recreational devices with wheels, such as skateboards, hover boards, balance boards, scooters, inline skates or shoes with built-in wheels
  • Wheeled mobility:Devices with less than 3 wheels; devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered or unoccupied, training wheels or similar modifications; devices powered by any means other than manually or electrically; devices that travel faster than walking pace; multi-rider devices or devices that exceed 36 inches in width or 52 inches in length
  • Costume Masks
  • Pets or other animals, except for approved service animals (e.g. dogs); service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and should remain on a leash or harness (due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride or enter certain attractions)
  • Any other items that the park determines may be suspicious, harmful, unsafe or disruptive

Park Admissions

Yes. It must be applied on the same day of visit by the ticket holder. This can be completed at the Season Pass Exchange Booth before you leave the park.

If you have 15 or more in your group, please call 417-336-7170 to learn more about current group rates.

Yes, you may stop by any ticket booth and ask for a replacement at no additional cost. A regular ticket will be issued that will provide you with the same entitlements as the ticket you purchased less any visits already used.

Yes. Shows, rides and cave tours (except Lantern Light Tours) are free with your park admission. You only pay for your food or merchandise items you choose to purchase. Also, there are some games and classes available to park patrons for a fee.

You may purchase your tickets at Silver Dollar City or if you would like to avoid the ticket lines, you may order them over the phone or online and we will mail them to you. If you are thinking about attending the Showboat Branson Belle or White Water, then ask our reservationist about the package ticket. Our packages will save you money! Visit our ticket sales section for more information.

We accept cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover) and certified or organizational checks.

Stop in Eva & Delilah's Bakery and treat yourself to a decadent delight to start your day of fun at the park. Tour Missouri's deepest cavern, Marvel Cave*, free with your admission.

Step inside unique shops such as Brown's Candy Factory, Hazel's Blown & Cut Glass Factory, Christmas Hollow and Hillcreek Pottery for unique treasures and craft demonstrations.

Ride through the Flooded Mine* and experience a family favorite.

See one-of-a-kind family entertainment in various indoor and covered venues throughout the park. See schedule for details.

Stop for a ride on Fire-In-The Hole*, Silver Dollar City's indoor roller coaster, then tour the Midtown shopping district including Bears at the Holler and Sullivan's Mill.

Browse Heartland Home Furnishings on your way to a hymn sing-along at The Wilderness Church.

Get a Hot Apple Turnover and stock up on homemade jams, jellies and fruit butters at The Apple Butter Shop located near McHaffie's Homestead.

Treat your family to a mouthwatering dinner at indoor and covered restaurants throughout the park. Satisfy your hankering for home-style buffets, try the All-You-Care-To-Eat Buffets at The Mine Restaurant and Molly's Mill. You can also find hot and delicious meals at Crossroads Pizza, The Riverside Rib House or Wagon Works Grill.

Pick up a sweet treat for the road at Phoebe Snapp's Taffy or Eva & Delilah's Bakery as you leave the park, and recount your adventures all the way home!

You may not be able to do everything on the list, but as you can see there's a variety of indoor activities for everyone in your group. So come and enjoy Silver Dollar City, rain or shine!

*All rides and Marvel Cave are closed if lightning is detected in the area by our Safety Department.

Restaurants

Yes. Silver Dollar City is committed to providing dining experiences for each of our guests, including those with food allergies. If you, or someone in your family is living with one of the eight most common food allergies, we encourage you to explore our Allergen-Friendly Information & Menus.

Yes. Our family-style restaurants include children's menus with selections such as Chicken Tenders, Cheeseburgers, Corn Dogs and Spaghetti, starting as low as $3.99. Find more information, including menu options, in our Food & Restaurant Guide section.

Yes. Enjoy a hot and hearty breakfast buffet at Molly's Mill Restaurant on the City's square, served 8:30 - 11:00am each operating day March through October.

Photos are taken on American Plunge, WildFire®, PowderKeg® and Outlaw Run®.

Loose articles are not permitted on most rides. (This includes: hats, purses, cell phones, cameras, bags, personal electronics, pocket change, keys, etc.) Waist or fanny packs are not permitted on The GIANT Swing, Outlaw Run, PowderKeg, Thunderation or Wildfire. We recommend you leave valuables with a non-rider or secure them in a park locker, available for rent. Unsecured storage bins are available at most rides, however, Silver Dollar City cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged articles. Articles taken on Mystic River Falls, the American Plunge and RiverBlast will get very wet.

For your safety, some rides have height, size, and health restrictions. These restrictions are established by the ride manufacturers to ensure guest safety. Descriptions & Height Requirements

Located in Fireman's Landing, the Official Ride Measuring Station provides information about appropriate rides for your child, and a color-coded wristband for convenient ride entry.

Yes. The Grand Exposition, Half Dollar Holler® and Fireman's Landing® have play areas designed specifically for children. Visit our rides page to learn more about other rides available for both children and adults.

Shopping

Yes. If you are unable to take your package with you or would like to send something to someone back home, you can arrange for the shipping of your order in any of the shops at the time of your purchase.

Don't carry packages around all day! Ask any shopkeeper about Package Pickup. They will arrange for your packages to be sent to the front of the park, and you can pick them up at the Ozark Marketplace as you are exiting for the day.
